The Old Town Farm Committee reported to have filled a vacancy

The article reported that it was “estimated that the total net receipts from the sale of the farm will amount to over $100,000.”

1. On February 3, 1892, the Courant published an update on the sale of the old town farm, which reported that $50,000 in net receipts had been deposited in the town treasury.
2. Fred S. Brown died on May 6, 1894.

On August 17, 1894, the Old Town Farm Committee held a public hearing on proposed designs for the park planned for the Old Town Farm property.
