The Hartford Board of Aldermen and Councilmen met this evening.
The actions taken at the two meetings tonight serve as a progress report on the effort to develop the property as housing.
On July 25, 1888, the Board of Selectmen gave a tour of the facilities at the new town farm on Vine Street.
On May 10, 1890, the Courant will publish an update on real estate transactions and improvements at the old town farm property.
The house that H. M. Pope wanted to build will be 59 Ashley Street.
