Sunday service held at Asylum Avenue Baptist Church

This service was the first regular Sunday service held in the new church building.

The dedicatory service for the church was held yesterday.

1. The Asylum Avenue Baptist Church was formally organized on November 2, 1872.
2. The last Sunday service in this church building was held on January 25, 1931.

1. Robert Turnbull was secretary of the Connecticut Baptist State Convention and former pastor of the First Baptist Church.
