According to the Courant, the new Trinity Episcopal Church building still wasn’t ready.
The first service, originally scheduled for tomorrow, April 21, 1861, was cancelled.
No reason was given for why the building wasn’t yet ready.
On April 10, 1861, the Courant reported that installation of the organ was underway.
Trinity Episcopal Church will be consecrated on May 28, 1861.
