Early this morning, a Hartford police officer arrested James Godden after observing Godden struggling with a woman in front of 295 Farmington Avenue.

The police officer approached the situation in order to investigate.
The woman filed a complaint with the officer, stating that Godden had pushed her to the ground and assaulted her.
The police officer arrested Godden based on the complaint.

The article described Godden as being of “no certain address.”
