Ernest J. Cheverier and Brian A. Soucy took out a mortgage from Frank P. Lockard, who was acting as a trustee for the lender.

This real estate transaction was listed in the Hartford Courant on March 19, 1967.

  1. It’s unclear on whose behalf Frank Lockard was acting, without going to the Hartford City Clerk’s office and looking up the land record.
  2. It’s also not entirely clear who Frank Lockard was.

 

Cheverier and Soucy bought 102 Huntington Street from the estate of Charlotte G. Johnstone on September 9, 1966.

Cheverier and Soucy will sell 102 Huntington Street will sell 102 Huntington Street to Salvatore Carrabba and Gloria Carrabba on September 6, 1967.

There were two Frank P. Lockard’s living and working in East Hartford at this point in time:

  • Frank Parker Lockard (1919-2012) was an engineer who worked at Pratt & Whitney and also taught at the RPI Graduate Center.
  • Frank P. Lockard was an attorney who was involved in East Hartford politics.
