Kiwanis Club ran a peanut sale in front of the Old State House at noon, in honor of National Kids Day.

The photo essay featured Walter G. Stone of 102 Huntington Street apparently feeding peanuts to some birds.

The money raised by the Kiwanis Club was donated to Hartford children’s welfare groups.

This article established Walter G. Stone as a resident of 102 Huntington Street as of this date.
