Inventory of Linus Plimpton’s estate completed

According to the Courant, Franklin G. Whitmore and Charles E. Chase had filed their inventory of the estate of Linus Plimpton with the probate court.

The value of Plimpton’s estate was placed at $134,869.22.

The article does not report the specific date the inventory was filed with the probate court, nor does it say that the inventory was accepted by the probate court.

Chase and Whitmore had been appointed appraisers of Plimpton’s estate on March 2, 1904.

The majority of Plimpton’s estate comprised real estate:  he owned 12 properties in Asylum Hill, including his house at 847 Asylum Avenue.  Together, his properties were worth $79,800.
