James Plimpton succeeds Linus Plimpton at Plimpton Envelope Manufacturing Company

James M. Plimpton was appointed manager of the Plimpton Manufacturing Company.

As manager, he will have “the superintendence and direction of the big concern on Pearl street.”

  1. He succeeded Linus B. Plimpton.
  2. He had been assistant manager.

James will be appointed administrator, along with Arthur Bradley, of Linus’s estate tomorrow.

Plimpton Envelope Manufacturing Company was the Hartford branch of the United States Envelope Company.
