Joseph Twichell and Harmony Twichell held a reception at the Asylum Hill Congregational Church chapel tonight.

The reception featured singing by Mr. Carroll and a recital by Eva Kellogg.

“Mr. Carroll” may have been William J. Carroll, a tenor soloist who had come to the United States in 1897.

  1. “Mr. Carroll sang to the great pleasure of those assembled.”
  2. Eva Kellogg’s “selections were very pleasing.”
