Arthur Bradley conveyed a strip of land from 841 Asylum Avenue to Linus Plimpton at 847 Asylum Avenue. This strip is visible today in property maps of Hartford as a 2' dog leg just south of the structure at 839-841 Asylum Avenue.

Arthur Bradley, Julia Plimpton, Grace Plimpton, and Mary Plimpton signed an agreement regarding the boundary between 847 and 841 Asylum Avenue. They would have to file a second agreement in October in order to correct the identities of the owners along the southern boundary of the two properties.
