South Park Inn oversaw an extensive renovation of the house between 1991 and 1996. Architect was William W. Crosskey II of Crosskey Architects. During construction, the project was called the "Mansion House Renovation." Earliest known use of Plimpton House as name for facility, February 1, 1996.
