A permanent supportive housing shelter for seniors and people with disabilities managed by the South Park Inn. Could house up to 35 people. South Park Inn oversaw an extensive renovation of the house between 1991 and 1996. Architect was William W. Crosskey II of Crosskey Architects. During construction, the project was called the "Mansion House Renovation." Earliest known use of Plimpton House as name for facility, February 1, 1996. Program closed in 2020 during COVID-19 pandemic.
