Fundraising for the New Parish House at Asylum Hill Congregational Church

Joseph Twichell announced that $25,000 had been raised for the construction of the new parish house.

  1. Twichell expressed his and the church’s gratitude to the donors.
  2. Approximately 200 people contributed to the project.
  3. The largest donation made was $4,000.
  4. Six donors accounted for $10,250 of the total contributed.

Twichell gave a sermon the need for an “annex” on March 16, 1902.

A special meeting of the Asylum Hill Congregational Society was planned for April 15, 1903 at 7:45 pm.
